All Kicked Out of the Sky merchandise is produced on-demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful . This means each item is custom-made to order after you place your purchase. There is no pre-existing inventory — your merchandise is printed, cut, and assembled specifically for you.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, production times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier, customs processing, and local postal services.
Printful ships orders through various carriers depending on the destination, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services. The carrier is selected automatically based on the destination and package type.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving the tracking email for tracking information to become active.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, item weight, and package dimensions. The shipping cost is displayed before you complete your purchase. We do not currently offer free shipping.
We ship to most countries supported by Printful. For international orders:
Because all merchandise is custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns for buyer's remorse (e.g., wrong size chosen, changed mind about the design, or simply no longer wanting the item).

If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, Printful will replace it at no cost. To initiate a replacement:
If you receive the wrong item (different size, color, or product than ordered), we will replace it at no cost. Contact us at christa@letgomedia.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item.
If a refund is approved (for defective items where a replacement is not possible), the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days . You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
