Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Print-on-Demand Production

All Kicked Out of the Sky merchandise is produced on-demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful . This means each item is custom-made to order after you place your purchase. There is no pre-existing inventory — your merchandise is printed, cut, and assembled specifically for you.

2. Production Time

Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, production times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

United States (domestic) 3–7 business days after shipping
Europe 6–12 business days after shipping
Canada 6–10 business days after shipping
Australia / New Zealand 8–15 business days after shipping
Rest of World 8–20 business days after shipping

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier, customs processing, and local postal services.

4. Shipping Carriers

Printful ships orders through various carriers depending on the destination, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services. The carrier is selected automatically based on the destination and package type.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving the tracking email for tracking information to become active.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, item weight, and package dimensions. The shipping cost is displayed before you complete your purchase. We do not currently offer free shipping.

7. International Orders

We ship to most countries supported by Printful. For international orders:

  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in the product or shipping price
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
  • Refused deliveries due to customs charges may result in the package being destroyed; refunds cannot be guaranteed in such cases

8. Returns Policy

Because all merchandise is custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns for buyer's remorse (e.g., wrong size chosen, changed mind about the design, or simply no longer wanting the item).

Please double-check your size and selection before placing your order. Size guides are available on each product page.

9. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, Printful will replace it at no cost. To initiate a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item
  2. Email christa@letgomedia.com with your order number
  3. Include clear photos of the defect or damage
  4. We will work with Printful to send a replacement as quickly as possible

10. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item (different size, color, or product than ordered), we will replace it at no cost. Contact us at christa@letgomedia.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item.

11. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved (for defective items where a replacement is not possible), the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days . You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

12. Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking information for the latest status
  2. Allow a few additional business days, as delays can occur
  3. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at christa@letgomedia.com
  4. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to send a replacement or issue a refund
